Shipping policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
At Novaclex, our logistical infrastructure is engineered to process, prepare, and dispatch every order with maximum efficiency and reliability. This Shipping and Fulfillment Policy delineates the administrative protocols governing order processing, transit estimations, parcel tracking, address modifications, delivery finalization, and the fulfillment of promotional components associated with Novaclex products. By executing a transaction on the Novaclex platform, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and consents to the statutory logistical terms detailed herein.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch Protocols
Standard orders are processed, subjected to quality assurance inspections, securely packaged, and prepared for carrier dispatch within 1 to 3 business days following verified payment confirmation. During periods of elevated demand, statutory holidays, promotional campaigns, inventory replenishment cycles, external carrier disruptions, or anomalous order volumes, processing intervals may be extended. The processing duration is strictly independent of the logistical transit time. Operations and dispatch procedures are typically suspended during weekends and recognized public holidays.
2. Fraud Prevention and Verification Adjudication
To safeguard our consumer base and mitigate fraudulent transactions, specific orders may be subjected to enhanced verification protocols prior to logistical release. This procedure may encompass the auditing of billing coordinates, destination addresses, financial instruments, or anomalous purchasing patterns. In instances where supplementary verification is mandated, logistical processing shall be suspended pending successful adjudication. Novaclex retains the unilateral authority to cancel or decline any transaction deemed to exhibit characteristics of fraud, systemic abuse, unauthorized access, or non-compliance with our corporate policies.
3. Contractual Modifications and Cancellation Parameters
Given the highly automated nature of our global fulfillment infrastructure, which is optimized for rapid dispatch, requests for order cancellation or structural modification must be submitted with immediate effect. Consumers may petition to dissolve their transaction or amend their destination coordinates within a strictly enforced 12-hour window commencing from the timestamp of acquisition. However, this temporal window does not constitute an absolute guarantee. Should the designated merchandise enter the active picking phase, be packaged, or be integrated into the carrier network, the transaction becomes legally binding and cannot be retroactively altered or cancelled, irrespective of the 12-hour stipulation. To initiate a formal modification request, immediate correspondence must be directed to: support@novaclex.com

4. Executed Fulfillment and Irrevocable Transactions
Upon the successful processing, dispatch, assignment of a tracking identifier, or handover of an order to a designated logistics partner, the transaction is classified as irrevocably executed and cannot be annulled or structurally modified. Should a consumer decline the merchandise post-dispatch, they are legally obligated to await physical delivery and subsequently initiate a formal claim in strict adherence to our Return and Refund Policy. The arbitrary refusal of a delivery at the destination does not constitute a valid administrative return and shall not trigger a guaranteed financial reimbursement. Furthermore, the invocation of our 100-Day Guarantee strictly necessitates the physical return of completely unused, unopened, and factory-sealed merchandise, and shall not be applicable for opened consumable products prior to or post delivery.
5. Logistical Transit Estimations
Subsequent to the completion of processing and carrier dispatch, the standard estimated transit intervals are defined as follows:
- United States: 5 to 9 business days
- Canada: 5 to 9 business days
- Australia: 5 to 12 business days
Deliveries destined for remote, rural, military, insular, or geographically restricted coordinates may incur an extended transit latency of 3 to 7 additional business days. Disclaimer: All logistical transit estimations are provided directly by our third-party carrier networks. These represent projected timelines exclusively and do not constitute legally binding delivery guarantees.
6. External Transit Delays and Financial Chargeback Regulations
While Novaclex collaborates exclusively with established logistics partners, transit delays may materialize due to variables entirely external to our operational jurisdiction (e.g., customs processing, severe weather events, global supply chain disruptions, or localized postal industrial action). Novaclex assumes no liability for carrier-induced delays subsequent to the verified dispatch of an order. A latency in transit does not establish legal grounds for immediate financial restitution, transaction cancellation, or chargeback authorization. The initiation of a payment dispute or financial chargeback strictly on the basis of an active transit delay constitutes a material breach of our documented Terms of Service. For billing concerns, consumers must contact billing@novaclex.com.
7. Freight Assessment and Tariffs
Standard shipping tariffs, promotional freight rates, and applicable delivery options are definitively calculated and presented at the checkout interface prior to payment execution. All logistical fees are strictly non-refundable unless mandated by applicable legal statutes or in the event of a verified, documented administrative error originating from our facilities.
8. Parcel Tracking and Visibility
Upon the successful integration of your order into the carrier network, a formal shipping confirmation containing your designated tracking identifier will be automatically transmitted via email. Consumers are advised to allow an interval of 24 to 48 hours for the logistical data to populate within the carrier's digital tracking infrastructure. During inter-regional or international transit, tracking statuses may temporarily display as dormant or delayed while the parcel navigates intermediate routing hubs. This standard operational latency does not signify a lost parcel.
9. Destination Accuracy and Fulfillment Liability
The consumer bears sole and absolute responsibility for the provision of accurate, complete, and legally deliverable destination coordinates during the checkout procedure (including requisite apartment, suite, or unit designations). In instances where the consumer supplies inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, or structurally undeliverable coordinates, Novaclex disclaims all liability for missing parcels, failed delivery attempts, misdeliveries, or subsequent replacement expenditures. Should a parcel be designated as "Return to Sender" due to destination inaccuracies, financial restitution is not guaranteed. Reshipment protocols may be offered exclusively at the consumer's financial expense, subject to administrative approval.
10. Executed Delivery and Transfer of Liability
In strict accordance with our corporate Terms of Service, the transfer of liability and risk of loss passes entirely to the consumer the moment the merchandise is relinquished to the designated shipping carrier. If the carrier's certified tracking infrastructure registers the parcel as "Delivered" to the coordinates provided at checkout, the transaction is legally and definitively classified as fulfilled. Novaclex explicitly disclaims all liability for merchandise reported as stolen, misplaced, unlawfully intercepted, or environmentally damaged subsequent to a verified delivery confirmation. The initiation of an "Item Not Received" financial chargeback or payment dispute when the tracking status explicitly confirms successful delivery is classified as fraudulent activity and shall be aggressively contested with the relevant financial institutions using this legally binding policy as primary evidentiary support. Legal escalations will be managed by legal@novaclex.com.
11. In-Transit Loss and Carrier Investigations
Should the tracking infrastructure fail to reflect a successful delivery and the parcel appears verifiably lost within the logistical network (evidenced by a complete cessation of tracking updates for an extended duration), the consumer must formally notify us at support@novaclex.com. Novaclex will subsequently initiate a formal diagnostic investigation with the carrier. Contingent upon the findings of the carrier's internal audit, we may authorize a complimentary hardware replacement or reshipment at our sole administrative discretion.
12. Failed Delivery Execution and Abandoned Consignments
If a designated carrier attempts physical delivery and the recipient is inaccessible, actively refuses the consignment, neglects to retrieve the parcel from a localized sorting facility, or ignores official carrier notifications, the parcel may be subjected to return routing, administrative abandonment, or destruction by the carrier. Strict Administrative Policy: The arbitrary refusal of a parcel at the point of delivery does not equate to compliance with our Return and Refund Policy. Novaclex bears no responsibility for parcels that are refused, abandoned, left unclaimed, or returned as a direct result of consumer negligence or inaction. Financial reimbursements shall not be authorized for any refused or abandoned consignments.
13. International Customs, Taxation, and Import Levies
For cross-border and international transactions, the merchandise may be subject to customs duties, import tariffs, Value Added Tax (VAT), administrative handling fees, or other governmental levies mandated by the destination country's jurisdiction. The consumer assumes absolute financial responsibility for the settlement of any and all customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by localized authorities. Novaclex is not liable for transit delays incurred during sovereign customs inspections. Should a consumer refuse the remittance of mandatory customs fees, resulting in the return, abandonment, or destruction of the parcel, the consumer unequivocally forfeits all rights to financial restitution.
14. Fragmented Fulfillment and Multiple Consignments
Transactions encompassing multiple units, promotional bundles, or auxiliary accessories may be subject to fragmented logistical routing, resulting in multiple separate consignments based on global inventory distribution and optimization protocols. Consumers may be issued multiple tracking identifiers, and the respective parcels may finalize delivery on disparate dates.
15. Promotional Services, Bundles, and Auxiliary Inclusions
Specific commercial transactions may incorporate premium auxiliary services or components explicitly designated as complimentary, bonus, or free inclusions (e.g., supplementary promotional patches or skincare accessories). These inclusions are integrated to provide enhanced value and remain subject to inventory availability and logistical constraints. If a promotional component is unavailable, delayed, substituted, or dispatched independently, Novaclex retains the authority to provide an equivalent substitution or authorize delayed fulfillment. The delay, absence, or substitution of a complimentary component does not classify the primary Novaclex product as defective, incomplete, or structurally compromised. The initiation of a full-value financial chargeback explicitly based on the delayed fulfillment of a free auxiliary item constitutes severe chargeback abuse and will be contested accordingly.
16. Auxiliary Shipping Protection Protocols
When promotional Shipping Protection is selected or bundled at checkout, it carries a definitive standalone retail valuation of $9.00 USD. This fee is strictly non-refundable once the logistical fulfillment process has commenced. Shipping Protection provides coverage exclusively against verified loss or physical transit damage prior to carrier delivery. It does not supersede or negate the consumer's fundamental responsibility to provide accurate destination coordinates or to securely retrieve the merchandise upon verified delivery. Upon the carrier's issuance of a "Delivered" status, the Shipping Protection service is legally deemed fully executed and exhausted.
17. Jurisdictional Relationship to the Return and Refund Policy
This Shipping and Fulfillment Policy functions as an independent statutory document and operates distinctly from our corporate Return and Refund Policy. Operational delivery complications, carrier-induced delays, the expiration of cancellation windows, or the delayed fulfillment of promotional components do not inherently qualify a transaction for financial reimbursement. All authorizations regarding refunds, product replacements, and the execution of the 100-Day Guarantee are governed exclusively by the parameters set forth within the Return and Refund Policy. To qualify for a financial refund, the product must be physically delivered, legally accepted, and formally returned in a completely unused, unopened, and factory-sealed condition within the designated timeframe.
