For any billing inquiries or to resolve payment disputes, you must contact billing@novaclex.com prior to contacting your financial institution. Filing a chargeback for an order where tracking confirms the package was "Delivered", or filing a chargeback for "Not as Described" because you violated the hygienic return mandates by opening the consumable product, is considered fraudulent activity. We actively dispute all fraudulent chargebacks and will provide these agreed-upon Terms of Service, your order details, tracking information, and communication history to your bank and payment gateway as evidence.

SECTION 19: GLOBAL MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING VARIATIONS
To maintain global availability and rapid fulfillment, Novaclex products are manufactured, assembled, and dispatched directly from our international logistics hubs, including facilities in Asia. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order may be shipped from an international location.
